The AUTOCLEAVER™ is a fully automatic, ultra-high precision fiber cleaver engineered for demanding industrial and laboratory environments where consistent, operator-independent performance is essential. A built-in microprocessor controls all critical parameters - including fiber positioning, clamping, fiber tension, and the exact position and speed of the diamond blade - delivering a typical cleave angle of less than 0.3 degrees on every cut.

Designed for high-throughput production, the AUTOCLEAVER™ supports cladding diameters from 80 to 230 µm and coating diameters from 160 to 900 µm via interchangeable adapters compatible with commercially available fusion splicers. Its long-lasting diamond blade produces more than 30,000 cleaves before replacement, while the integrated automatic fiber waste disposal system safely removes hazardous fiber scraps - keeping the work environment clean and safe.
