The XPIN®-BT X-ray Detector from Moxtek represents one of the most capable Si-PIN detector solutions available for analytical X-ray instrumentation. Built around a 625 µm thick silicon PIN diode with an ultra-low-noise JFET preamplifier and a multi-layer collimator, this detector achieves high energy resolution and sensitivity for accurate elemental analysis in demanding applications.
