EPIGAP OSA Photonics manufactures LED bare die chips - the starting point for every optoelectronic solution - spanning the ultraviolet through the infrared. The portfolio covers four wavelength families: UV LED Chips (250-400 nm, UV-A/UV-B/UV-C), VIS LED Chips (400-700 nm, red/green/blue), NIR LED Chips (700-1000 nm), and SWIR LED Chips (1000-2300 nm), delivering high efficiency and excellent reliability across the full spectrum.

Chips are offered in a range of sizes and materials, including GaAs and InGaAs dies with drive currents from tens of milliamps up to 1000 mA for high-power devices. State-of-the-art measurement technology supports production and ensures full compliance with quality standards and certifications. Typical applications include biomedical sensing, gas sensing, and proximity sensing.

Pre-selection of chips with tighter specifications is available upon request, and EPIGAP OSA's broad wavelength, chip-size, and output-power portfolio enables optimal selection and customization for specific application requirements.
